Guiding women towards a balanced life.

Health is a journey, not a destination.

As a National Board Certified Health Coach trained in the specifics of functional and lifestyle medicine, let me help you cut through the confusion of health and wellness.

About Me

I fell into wellness when I was to the point of immobility due to severe eczema. My doctor said “it’s eczema. It just happens.” That lit a fire in me to not settle for such a simplistic explanation (or steroids as my only solution.) My body was on fire. My curiosity into how I could heal it began and grew to into the way I eat, live, work, and play today.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Caitlin has helped me see health through a new lens. I was stressed and overeating, and within a few weeks of thinking about our sessions I was able to identify patterns I could interrupt with healthier thoughts and self-compassion, rather than shame. She is so warm and passionate about helping others. I know I’ll approach my health differently from now on.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I love that this isn’t prescriptive advice to “do this” and “don’t do that.” Eating better is a complex equation, and Caitlin helps you to get to the heart of what really matters to you. Then to shut out all the noise and start with the small stuff that makes the biggest difference.

Designed for 2-5 people as a more affordable option, we will do many of the same exercises private clients do. A little more structured than the 1:1 experience.

I’m happy to come to your company to talk about healthy living concepts! Whether you have a specific topic in mind or want to collaborate, I love the community wellness vibe.
